Beach to Beacon

A world class 6.2 mile race from Crescent Beach to Portland Head light, the race course runs directly in front of Inn by the Sea.  The event was founded by gold medal marathon winner and Cape Elizabeth native, Joan Benoit Samuelson.

Great Falls Balloon Festival
August 17 - 19, 2012
Taking place on the Riverfront in Lewiston/Auburn, this event fills the sky with hot air balloons.  Most will watch and the brave will ride.
