Garden Dinner Party on the lawn: Join the chef on the Inn’s seaside lawn for an Al Fresco, farmer’s table dinner party. Each menu will showcase a summer flavor in celebration of our seasonal harvest.
July 10- Sustainable seafood fresh from the Gulf of Maine.
July 24- Lobster, Maine’s most esteemed seafood.
August7- Maine tomatoes will be vine ripe and delicious, and the chef will prepare them in creative and unexpected ways.
August 21- Fresh corn minutes from the farm will be on this menu showcasing one of Maine’s sweetest summer vegetables.
Out of the Blue: Experience unexpected flavors from Out of the Blue. Chef Kaldrovich is part of a Gulf of Maine Research Institute Collaboration between fishermen and chefs to raise awareness and appreciation around delicious but underappreciated seafood. The chef will be create special menus around each of the fish below hoping to increase consumer awareness, demand and to help support the health of the Gulf for Maine and the state’s fishing industry.
