Inn by the Sea Slashes Rates by 50% in Support of Habitat for Humanity Fundraiser
Great rates for a great cause at Maine’s premier beach destination this spring
Cape Elizabeth, Maine….. February 19, 2014– Maine’s premier beach destination, the eco luxury Inn by the Sea located on sandy Crescent Beach , will cut their rates by 50% this spring to support a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, announced General Manager Sara Masterson. Inn by the Sea will be supporting “Hospitality for Humanity 2014”, a program sponsored by the Maine Innkeepers Association (MEIA) which raises money to help build homes for families all over the state. The discounted room rates will be offered on select fireplace rooms, garden suites and two bedroom cottages between April 21 and May 23, 2014.
The Four Diamond Inn by the Sea, located on a mile of unspoiled beach just 7 miles south of Portland, hopes to attract guests to enjoy the Inn at half the regular rate, Sunday through Thursdays, in exchange for a $35 donation check written out to Habitat for Humanity.
“We are delighted to support Habitat for Humanity in this annual fundraiser, while offering guests an opportunity to experience the Inn at deeply discounted rates. Guests enjoy this simple way to give back to the region while getting away to the beach!” said Masterson. “We look forward to welcoming travelers to enjoy the beach, our full service SPA and ocean view Sea Glass restaurant.”
‘Hospitality for Habitat’ was initiated in 2004 and has raised over $100,000 to build homes for low income families in Maine.
To take advantage of this opportunity to contribute to a great cause while enjoying a beach vacation in luxurious surroundings at Inn by the Sea call reservations at 207-799-3134 and ask for the Hospitality for Habitat program. Reservations should be made in advance, for April 21th through May 23th , 2014. A tax deductible donation check made out to Habitat for Humanity should be given to Inn by the Sea on check in. (One donation check for the length of stay.) Every dollar raised will be donated to help build or improve habitat homes.
