Lobsters caught may be purchased directly through "Lucky Catch" at the time of the cruise. Lobster bake provisioning requires 48-hours notice and includes: cole slaw, watermelon, potato, butter, lemons and strawberry shortcake.

Owned and managed by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the 3,100 acre estuary known as Scarborough Marsh is the largest salt marsh in the state.
