• Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights, holidays) to meet hotel/guest needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests; (i.e. use appropriate language, display proper tone, attitude and body language when communicating.)
• Ability to understand and follow instructions as directed by supervisor/manager
• Reporting to work on time and ready to begin your shift (being tardy places an unfair burden on the team)



Year-Round Available Positions


The Inn is seeking an experienced/licensed Esthetician to work with the team toward the successful operation of the property. Esthetician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, Spa and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Complete the Spa at Inn by the Sea protocols and treatments certification process successfully.
  • Set-up treatment rooms at the beginning of each shift with all needed supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the locker and/or waiting area, reception and reservations and laundry room as needed.
  • Brow and lash tinting experience a plus

Reservations Supervisor

The Inn is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to work with the team toward the successful operation of the property. The responsibilities of the Reservations Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the hotel in achieving high-performance levels in service and profitability. Hold self and others accountable for achieving results.
  • Provide strong leadership and support a culture that motivates the team to a high level of enthusiasm and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in all phases of the guest experience such as pre-arrival, arrival, departure, and problem resolution.
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and track ROI of tactical marketing plans.
