Year-Round Available Positions


The Inn is seeking an experienced/licensed Catering Sales Manager to work with the team toward the successful operation of the property. Catering Sales Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospect (research and select) new business/leads and existing accounts through telephone, written communications, and face-to-face positions. Responsible for submitting proposals to all RFP's.
  • Ensure hotel has the appropriate mix of business - attend weekly staff meetings, frequent communication with GM, Revenue Manager, and Guest Services Manager to make revenue decisions.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for each scheduled group/function, including menu selections, group name, background, type of function, expected attendance, scheduled hours of service, special requests, the order of service, and payment arrangements.
  • Work with hotel team to tailor event components including food and beverage, decor and service.
  • Prepare and distribute group resumes and ensure that all pertinent group information is conveyed accurately and thoroughly to hotel team and group to provide exceptional guest service to clients and attendees.


The Inn is seeking an experienced/licensed Esthetician to work with the team toward the successful operation of the property. Esthetician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, Spa and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Complete the Spa at Inn by the Sea protocols and treatments certification process successfully.
  • Set-up treatment rooms at the beginning of each shift with all needed supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the locker and/or waiting area, reception and reservations and laundry room as needed.
  • Brow and lash tinting experience a plus


The Maintenance Person contributes to the hotel’s commitment to high-quality guest satisfaction and teamwork by safely and efficiently maintaining the property i.e. performs preventative maintenance; repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills. Duties include, but are not limited to:

        • General repair of plumbing, PTAC units, room furniture, bathroom fixtures and tile, painting, wall vinyl, electronic locks, television, and carpentry
        • Completes routine equipment checks and performs preventative maintenance on hotel’s machinery, i.e. boilers, chiller, laundry equipment, vacuums, exercise equipment, and ice machines as scheduled
        • Performs regular preventative maintenance to guest rooms as assigned
        • Responds to guest maintenance request in a prompt and courteous manner
        • Maintains knowledge of the hotel fire alarm  & sprinkler systems
        • Locates and corrects in-room heating, ventilation, and air conditioning malfunctions
        • Cleans pool deck and pool every morning and again as needed in periods of high usage
        • Care of hotel’s grounds to include planting, weeding, edging, pruning and mowing
        • Daily parking lot cleaning and sweeping at all entrances (including snow & ice removal during winter)



The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all areas of the hotel are safely and efficiently cleaned to specified standards to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and/or Rooms Division Manager in daily operations as it pertains to supervising team members (scheduling, ordering supplies, and performance management. Duties include, but are not limited to:

              • Leads and manages others in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper/Rooms Division Manager, including training new hires, coaching, leading by example, providing positive and constructive feedback.
              • Daily inspection of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with department standards and guest expectations.
              • Assists staff in cleaning and maintaining hotel (ability to perform all Room Attendant Duties).
              • Ensure carts are stocked sufficiently based on room assignments.
              • Ensure all guest supplies are replenished daily consistent with brand standards.
