Complete your daily workout at the fitness center at SPA, offering guests the latest in cardio, flexibility, and strength training equipment.
The fitness center is outfitted with 2 Peloton (riding shoes not provided) bikes and new Matrix workout equipment including 3 Endurance treadmills, 1 Endurance recumbents, and new Aura Trainer 400 with a range of free weights. There is an open space studio to round out the workout space.
For guests who prefer cardio ball, aerobics, plyometrics, or dance, dial up your own workout on our flat screen with Fitness on Demand. Choose from kickball, yoga, stability ball workouts or swing clinics with weights, or perhaps a Bollywood dance routine to stay in shape.

We strongly recommend scheduling spa appointments before your arrival. Appointments may be booked online by calling 207-799-3144 ext. 811. All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee. Group reservations are subject to a minimum 14-day cancellation policy as outlined in group contracts.
Please notify our Spa Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, special needs, recent surgeries or medical procedures, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This information may also be completed on your Personal Care Guide before arrival. Health considerations may affect your choice of services.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a relaxed check-in and enjoyment of spa amenities. To preserve the tranquil environment, please silence your cell phone upon arrival. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
Please note: Late arrival may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest.
As a courtesy to other guests, late arrivals will receive only the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.

Please disrobe to your comfort level. Undergarments are not required but may be worn if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.
Shaving is not recommended before body exfoliation or hair removal services. Gentlemen are asked to shave at least 2 hours before a scheduled facial.
Minimum age for services is 16 accompanied by guest of 18 years or older. Spa services and amenities are reserved for guests 18 years of age and older.
In consideration of all guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off before entering The Spa.
The Spa operates as a cashless environment and accepts all major credit cards.
A mandatory 22% service surcharge is added to all à la carte services and day spa packages. This surcharge is distributed to the spa staff who served you. Gratuities are optional and left at your discretion. All gratuities are retained in full by the service provider(s). Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
We kindly request that guests do not bring valuables into the spa or leave them in the lockers. The Spa is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items, including jewelry.
Yes. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, only personal-sized bags are permitted in Spa lockers.
Group spa reservations are booked separately from hotel meetings and event packages. If you are hosting an on-property wedding, meeting, or event and wish to include spa services, please coordinate through your Sales Manager, who will work with our Spa Group Coordinator to arrange your experience.
